To match the needs of our rapidly expanding global customer base, we are seeking an Account Manager - Mining in our Tucson, Arizona office.
As an Account Manager you will be the principal point of contact for our customers and will manage all aspects of our long-term business relationship. You will have primary accountability for resolving daily issues, improving long-term value from the use of Modular's products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for add-on sales. You must be able to excel in a largely autonomous role.
Applicants must have significant mining-related experience as well as experience delivering sales support services. Additionally, you must possess sound business judgment and excellent negotiation skills, oral/written communication, and customer service skills. A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent, is required. This position requires frequent travel (approximately 30%). U.S. work authorization is required. Relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate.
