Product Specialist – Maintenance Systems

We have an exciting career opportunity for a global Product Specialist for our maintenance systems products. You will be responsible for assisting the Product Manager in creating a competitive strategy; evaluating, specifying and prioritizing product features; supporting a global sales team; managing customer satisfaction; and optimizing revenues and profitability.

The successful applicant shall have a four year degree - a mining or mine-mechanical engineering degree is preferred, as well as experience with computerized real-time mine maintenance systems, plus demonstrated skills in at least one of the following: CMMS, RCM, and/or CBM. Previous product management experience a plus. Demonstrated ability to set priorities, meet aggressive deadlines, balance technical and business requirements, and provide strong leadership in a team matrix environment, are required. Excellent presentation, oral, and written communication skills are essential. Some international travel will be required.
