Modular Mining Systems Inc. President & CEO Yosuke (Jack) Shiino today announced organizational changes aimed at supporting the accelerated business growth in the Company's traditional mining markets.
Effective August 1st Peter Carter, currently Vice President of Sales & Service, will be promoted to Executive Vice President responsible for global operations. The Sales & Service division will become three new divisions at the Tucson headquarters—Business Development, Support Services, and Marketing.
Effective August 1st Scott Baker, currently General Manager of Modular Latin America and based in Santiago Chile, will become Vice President of Support Services with responsibilities for Product Release, Product Support, Product Manufacturing, and Contracts.
Luiz Steinberg, currently General Manager of Modular Brazil, will become Vice President of Product Development with responsibilities for technology strategy, software and hardware development, and the next generation of products.
Les Zoschke, currently Vice President of Product Development, will become Vice President of Business Development with responsibility for strategic development of new markets.
The Product Development division changes will occur progressively from August 1st to ensure a smooth handover of responsibilities.
